The products are shipped by courier, and delivery times to the Customer vary depending on the destination, the time when the order is acquired, the availability of the product itself and the type of shipment chosen at the time of the order (standard or express). For available merchandise, delivery to the courier takes place within 2 working days from the time the order confirmation is sent to the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must absolutely verify that the package is perfectly closed, undamaged and not damaged. On each package is applied an adhesive guarantee tape to prevent its opening and to indicate, if the tape is damaged, any attempts at tampering. In the event that the warranty tape is damaged, the Customer must immediately report the fact to the carrier, accepting the package with specific reservation indicating where and how the package is damaged. Otherwise the package will be considered regularly delivered. If the customer is not available upon delivery of the order, the courier will leave a notice. The next day he will make a second attempt. If even in this case it is not possible to deliver the order, the Customer must contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange delivery of the order, within a maximum of 2 working days. In order to make the delivery without impediments, the Customer is required to enter a mobile phone number in the delivery data.
